We produce top Olive oils from Calabria. These are microproduction slow food products in limited edition, all of which come from small producers from the village of Castelsilano in the Calabrian mountains. We work on a fair trade basis and will work towards the production of other foods than oil, our aim being the preservation of the local production environment.
All our oils are produced in a natural way - we do not have organic food labels as we do not believe that organic food standards provide the consumer with a sufficient amount of trust in the quality of a product - this we do through our brand which in its basic ethics provides the trust required by our customers.
For the moment we ship to France - UK and other countries can order but require the creation of a label in the language of the purchasing country.
We also source other oils from our partners in Calabria.
