Beef cattle consisting of certified organic cows registered with the Association of Raza Avileña and its crossing with Charolais breed stallions. Activities under AE initiated in 1995 and dedicated to the production of calves for slaughter in carcasses weighing approximately 230 lbs (females) and 280 kgs (males).
