Description: Agro-industrial project of 5,400 hectares under cultivation of cassava bioethanol plant. GREEN INVESTMENT! Investment in productive farms (leased net income of 8.33% annually).
The farms are located in Brazil (titled in the name of Spanish company that manages its production) and register free of charge on behalf of investors / buyers. Rents are paid in euros by the Spanish company which rents.
In farm production processes are developed with sustainability criteria and socio-environmental databases. Our yields are based on the work efficient and sustainable productivity (NOT IN SPECULATIVE GAINS). Being productive investment in rural property, its valuation is not subject to the vagaries of other markets.
